Our beginnings
Pinnacle Management Group was born from a passion for hospitality, driven by individuals with grit and a deep understanding of what it takes to build lasting success in the industry. Our story began more than 37 years ago when the Desai family purchased a small hotel in San Francisco. Four years later, the family expanded their vision by developing their very first hotel in the prominent wine country town of Healdsburg, CA, in 1992.
Built on an owner-operator mindset, we treat every property as our own—focused, hands-on, and results-driven. That approach continues to guide us today.
